At MAKLORY, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, custom digital sewing patterns made to your unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once the pattern has been delivered.

No Refunds for Custom Patterns

Because each pattern is custom-made based on your individual measurements, preferences, or designs:

  • We do not offer refunds on digital downloads or custom orders.

  • This includes files sent via email, direct download, or uploaded to private pages.

Revisions and Adjustments

If you receive a custom pattern that:

  • Has an error due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect size, missing pieces)

  • Is not functioning as described or is incomplete

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your file. We will:

  • Review the issue

  • Make any necessary corrections at no additional charge

Return Policy:

We want you to love your purchase! Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window:

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

Item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original tags attached.Item must be in the original packaging (if applicable).Returns are accepted only for change of mind or sizing issues.Final Sale / Non-returnable items: Personalized items, clearance items, or items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

Contact us through Wix Messages or email within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.Ship the item back to us at your own expense (we recommend using a trackable shipping service).

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.Original shipping fees are non-refundable.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchange Policy:

We currently only offer refunds, not exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order for the correct size/color.

Important Notes:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.All items are inspected upon return.
